Self-direction is a foundation of peer support, which is the raison d'être of GMHCN.

 

Without directly diving into a political debate about gender identity (a hot topic in Georgia politics) we wanted to provide assurance to our members that all are welcome here. We drew from Marlo Thomas' landmark series of works "Free to be... You and Me" created in the 1970s as a reminder that this conversation is far from new.
